Who we are
This website, eightyfivestudios.com, is run by Eighty Five Studios, the product side of 85 Creative. This policy covers this website only. ScoreCastr, CrewdUp, StatsCastr and CommercialCue each have their own website and their own privacy policy, which apply when you use those products.
What we collect
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, for example which pages are visited, how long people stay, the type of device and browser, and the approximate location (city or region) based on your IP address. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. We use this information only in summary form to improve the site, and we don't use it to identify you.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address and message. We use it to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. If we add a contact form, its messages will be delivered to us through a form service that processes them on our behalf.
We don't run ads on this site, we don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics and form delivery).
Cookies and your choices
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a content blocker, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same either way.

How long we keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our analytics account (14 months). Messages you send us are kept for as long as we need them to help you and keep a record of our conversation, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email mark@eightyfivecreative.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for a general business audience and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
